By purchasing LearnGovCon tools, trainings, and templates, Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
 

• We do not offer refunds due to the intellectual nature of the product.

• If customer is experiencing difficulties with accessing modules, lessons or downloads, they can contact support@govkidmethod.com for assistance.

• Customer shall thoroughly review the contents and ask any questions about the product prior to purchasing. 

• It is the customer's responsibility to have access to the necessary software to gain access to downloadable materials including Google Documents and Microsoft Word documents. In some instances, a separate version may be emailed to customer upon request if they are not able to access. All documents are created using PC. MAC users shall bring their own necessary access to generated PC documents like capability statements and proposal templates.
